Although we craft our service offerings to meet the needs of our individual clients, typical relationships fall into one of three categories:
- Payroll Services – We process payroll quickly and efficiently. Payroll service includes all tax remittances and reporting, new hire reporting, garnishment management and direct deposit for employees.
- Administrative Services Provider (ASP) – As your ASP, we provide a full scope of Human Resource services to your business, but as a third party, meaning that all insurance policies, benefit plans and you wholly own tax filings. We do the work, but the plans and taxes are filed in your company’s name.
- Professional Employer Organization (PEO) – In the PEO service model, we create a “co-employment” relationship so that we share certain employment responsibilities. The advantage of the PEO relationship is that you can take advantage of our economies of scale.
